Cons (-) The property is in need of some TLC or attention. I have stayed with Sonesta before but would not stay again if this was first experience with them. Bathroom had hair on the edge of tub and in the corner of bathroom - not reassuring that room was clean. The door to the bathroom didn't close all the way because the door frame was warped. Pros (+) Room was clean and well maintained. Some breakfast items were above expectations while others were below expectations (is it possible to water down scrambled eggs...seemed like it).
Cons (-) Too few staff speak or understand english. Advertised items (grab and go breakfast) did not exist, and given a run -around when I asked about it (last person in the chain said "no!"). Overflowing trash can in front of the hotel is an eyesore and sanitary issue.
