Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the main square and trekking routes, as well as the quality and inclusion of breakfast. However, many reviews reported negative experiences with service, describing staff as unhelpful or impersonal, and reception often unattended. WiFi was frequently unreliable or unavailable, particularly on upper floors. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some rooms described as clean and others as lacking basic amenities or not properly maintained. Overall, the hotel is valued for its convenience and breakfast, but service and WiFi need improvement.
