Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to the main square and city attractions. Many appreciated the spacious rooms, some with beautiful views. However, there were frequent complaints about accessibility, as the hotel is located on a high floor without an elevator, making it difficult for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Service received mixed reviews, with some staff described as friendly and others as unhelpful or rude. Cleanliness and bed comfort were mentioned with both positive and negative remarks, indicating inconsistency. Overall, the location and room size stood out as highlights, while accessibility and service were common concerns.
