On 10/11/2010 i stayed one night at this hotel and was charged only $29,this means making res. through booking is not a deal at all.
the best thing there was the stuff and the service
the carpet need to changes and bring new one
Great friendly staff. Helioplis is a very safe area to stay in. The president lives down the road from this hotel so security in Helipolos is good compared to cheaper hotels downtown.
Dirty , actualley it was filthy and very rundown. Taxi drivers have a hard time finding this hotel as it is on a side street and with the meter running it could get very expensive. The hotel should print maps in Arabic so the drivers can find it easier. Housekeeping staff dont wear shoes...mabye they are underpayed. No safe in the room. I had a mysterious visiter in my room at 7 in the morning which was a bit scarey as i am female and was staying alone.so i think they use the same key for each room .
starting with the front desk, the receptionists are really friendly and were very efficient and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I liked the room, it was very cozy and was clean. I like the fact that there was a very nice restaurant with a very diversified menu and great prices and the roof top lounge was a very nice place as well. There was a small disco too. I loved the fact that there was wireless internet in the lobby. I was 10 minutes away from the biggest mall in Egypt 'City Stars'. The best thing of all was the rate and prices. It was a very affordable and a nice place to be
I did not like anything, I could not wait to leave it. it was really a very bad choice.. I stayed there only for one night & checked out next day morning to other hotel
I did not like it all.. rooms are very poor, not clean at all (very dirty). Toilte can't be described!!! The hotel loppy is very old & dirty. Staff is very unorganized & never neat or even clean. breakfast is poor. evrything is dirty there
