Pros (+) The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was fantastic.
Cons (-) On several occasions we left and re-entered on the side door where some shady people were loitering. It felt unsafe. Also the side doors are unlocked throughout the day and anyone could enter the facility. One person, as we entered, was clearly on drugs or had extreme mental problems. It was very uncomfortable and concerning for the protection of my family.
Pros (+) Executive lounge with breakfast was awesome!
Cons (-) We asked to be side by side however were put down hall which was ok

Cons (-) We stayed on the club floor and it was incredibly noisy- didn't stop until nearly 2 am. Would not stay there again
Pros (+) We stayed at Hotel Blackfoot after arriving late from flying in from Atlanta. We just stayed the night and left in the morning, so we did not have the opportunity to take advantage of all of the available services. The staff was friendly and nice, and the accommodations were very good. However, I don't believe at all that the claim that our stay was carbon neutral is true.

Pros (+) Excellent, knowledgable staff st front desk: warm, welcoming, great first impression as you get settled into hotel after day of travel. Cleanliness of lobby, fitness facility, hallways, and room impeccable.
Cons (-) Salad bar and vegetables of buffet dinner were excellent, meat entres adequate only.
