Pros (+) room was very clean, bathroom and shower were great. I loved the balcony. Check in/out was quick and simple. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating.
Cons (-) The room at night was unbearably hot. Tried to turn down the heat, that didn't work. It was so hot I even tried to turn on the AC.

Pros (+) Friendly staff, great complimentary coffee, good outlets in the room, nice room and very clean. Also an awesome location near Harvard Square. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons (-) Would have been nice if there was a small gym.
