The kitchen lady, Irma, was the light of our day. She presented our breakfast and coffee areas as if she was expecting royalty. The room was cleaned and even deep cleaned as I was there 10 days. My only complaint was a late night/early morning man. He was nice to us but not everyone. I’ll be writing the hotel about him.
