Pros (+) The location is in a very nice area of Campbell. You can walk to Downtown Campbell with ease and there are good dining options around. The breakfast is very good; it proved beyond expectations.
Cons (-) This place is shady and dirty. The jacuzzi wasn't officially closed during our stay....but the grey grime floating in it did not entice a dip. The walkways were covered in trash and bird feces. Cobweb...
