Avoid this hotel. It claims 4 stars, but is closer to a one star in my opinion. I had my booking changed unilaterally by the hotel, and was summarily downgraded to a smaller room without any offer of compensation. The rooms were awful, the staff were rude, the common areas are dirty, the lifts are awful. I cancelled my booking and went elsewhere. Avoid, avoid avoid.
