Cons (-) There are two elevators servicing the building. They were slow - RIDICULOUSLY slow. When the elevator finally opened, it was full of people, so we chose to simply lug all our stuff down a back staircase. I sure hope "send customers away fuming" isn't in the company's mission statement.
