Pros: The restaurant is by the pool and at night is nicely appointed. The wait staff were fantastic
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean8
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We were a group of six staying at one of the villas. We were initially worried how this would work out as we were three couples, but the accommodation was fantastic - enough privacy with ensuite bathrooms and also enough joint time with common kitchen and yard with sunbeds and the jacuzzi. Restaurant was excellent and as we spent here few days after sailing trip we really enjoyed having everything easily available and with very good quality. Service here was excellent!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was great, large villas, friendly staff
Cons: second time, would go again
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice, clean and comfortable small villas.
Cons: Based on their pictures on booking.com we expected better view and proximity to the beach.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The design was amazing. So different from any other hotel. The service and personnel were super nice. The jacuzzi with sea views...stunning. The pool... wow! Everything was so clean and it's great they have all the amenities from L'occitane!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice property. The staff was extremely helpful and thoughtful. The food was excellent with a spectacular view on the Fort de France bay area. We stayed in a villa with a lot of privacy and beautiful backyard with a hot tub and outside shower. We highly recommend this place !

Pros: Fabulous from start to finish staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lovely pool amazing food comfiest bed I have ever slept in luxury bed linen and toiletries super soft towels lovely pillows really wonderful place to stay
Cons: We loved everything
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Great location to experience the food and shopping.
Cons: The ferry service was not running.
7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel is in good condition, and upscale for Martinique (but barely a 3 star elsewhere). It’s not new but it’s well maintained. The pool area was nice and the rooms were well appointed. The hotel staff spoke English well and were helpful. Well located within Point-de-bout, in sort of a fake village shopping area with decent places to eat and drink. Very close to excursions from the Marina.
Cons: The breakfast is over priced and not very good, just go next door to the Baguette Stop. The pillows were very thin so we were constantly trying to figure out how to fold them to give them some capacity. If you want to get to a nice beach, you’ll need to drive because the ones nearby are pretty mediocre.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: What a charming little base camp for exploring the island! It's big enough to offer all the nice things you'd expect, but small enough that you don't feel lost in some big corporate complex. The nearby village offers plenty to do, and the neighborhood had a safe feel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Celine and Carolee were amazing at the front desk. The location was optimal with many shops and restaurants - and of course, the beach - within steps from the hotel. The rooms were clean and fresh and the pool and Jessica at the pool bar was lovely. Our view from 510 and 525 were great. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and service there was also excellent.
Cons: The only thing missing was a fitness center. Even a small one would make this hotel perfect.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The pool, staff and room were all great. I would highly recommend going to this hotel!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: The corner room balcony was small and a bit cramped. The staff agreed to change our room the second day, but as I fell ill, I didn’t have the energy to move. The staff were very cooperative!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The ambience was excellent, and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Being non-French speaking the staff was very patient with us. It was truly appreciated.
Cons: We didn't like the birds at breakfast.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location was great as it was walking distance from the ferry dock, including restaurants and shops. Most persons spoke English which was extremely helpful.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, clean room, organised, good facilities and very friendly and helpful receptionist.
Cons: Waiting for the bill in the restaurant for 45min. Eventually we had to leave and sign later when we checked out.
Fort Savane - Fort-de-France - Building
3
8.3 Excellent (361 reviews)
C$ 166+
Overview Reviews
When you a stay at Fort Savane in Fort-de-France, you'll be near the beach, just steps from Windward Islands and Schoelcher Library. Featured amenities include a computer station, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has the best location in Fort de France. Overlooking the main park, a few steps away from the commuter boat dock to the other side of the bay (where you find beautiful beaches), next to the landmark library building and just a short walk from the cruise terminal. The hotel offered us consigne service for our luggage when we returned from our cruise even if we did not stay there for the night.
Cons: -
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The studio was extremely comfortable and we could totally relax. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom was very comfortable and modern.
Cons: There were only two coffee capsules in the room. Everything else was good.
7.9 Good
Pros: Excellent location in the very center of Fort-de-France with magnificent view over Savana Park and Fort St. Louis
Cons: Public area in front of the reception room could be more inviting; rooms are also quite noisy not so from the outside but from the inside
7.1 Good
Pros: Perfect location on the main square, clean and modern room, comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi
Cons: We had an 8am flight so we got up at 5am to shower and pack. The water dripped and trickled and then shut off completely. Even the toilet wouldn't flush. We could not take showers and could not complain to hotel staff since their reception is closed until 9am. Bad ending to our stay.
7.1 Good
Pros: It was central, clean interior even though we had a lot of mosquito issues. Staff was helpful, especially “Leah”. She went above and beyond.
Cons: No one working after 9pm, so if you need something no one is available to help you.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was spotlessly clean and the facilities were fantastic. The aircon worked well and the quiet mode was perfect for sleeping. The walls within the hotel are quite thin, so you can hear a bit of noise from the corridors, but due to the great insulation of the windows, you cannot hear much street noise at all. The location in wonderful, right next to the shuttle boats to the beach. Staff were lovely too. Overall, highly recommended.
Cons: Apparently people smoke in the reception area, which you can smell when you leave the lift. That's not so nice...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Nice and modern business hotel. Located in the heart of Fort de France. Modern key system, good internet included. Everything works. Very good value selection
Cons: No bad issues...
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for one night after flying in. Good location right in the heart of fort de France with lots of restaurants etc around. The bed was comfortable with good AC. Bathroom was clean and water pressure was good. We arrived a bit late but just let them know and they will be there.
Cons: There is no designated parking but there are spots around the corner. They are pay spots after 8pm and the machine wouldn’t take our cards (no money options). Also the bathroom sliding door in our room didn’t close all the way
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, awesome location and modern rooms. The cleanness of the place was great. We traveled with a limited mobility person and she hadn't any trouble to be in this hotel. The location is excellent, close to everything.
Cons: The TV has only a few channels, but it was not a big deal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were there for a one night stay before going to the airport. The location is excellent.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Stayed for only one night as it was near the ferry terminal. Great location and easily walkable. There are also restaurants nearby which are open reasonably late. Staff was helpful, helped me check in when I arrived after hours and provided tips on nearby restaurants and transport. New and clean rooms with wifi and air conditioning.
Cons: Reception is only open certain hours - so you will need to contact the property to ensure there will be someone to let you in if you arrive early / late
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff was very helpful. it was clean and location was good
Cons: Very very difficult to find parking. Also we had to get up at 4 AM to drive to the airport. I made sure we had coffee pods for the morning and then the coffee maker did not work.
Simon Hotel - Fort-de-France - Building
4
8.2 Excellent (737 reviews)
C$ 205+
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Simon Hotel in Fort-de-France, you'll be near the beach, just a 1-minute walk from Windward Islands and 6 minutes by foot from Palais de Justice. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and an elevator (lift). Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location, modern touches and the staff
Cons: The a/c in the room was lacking. Would not get cool despite attempts to rectify.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Big rooms with ocean view and a little balcony. The hotel is extremely good located for a short stay (4 days) on Martinique (near ferry terminal and city center). Bar with beautiful terrace overlooking the harbour and city square. Garage directly accessible from the hotel.
Cons: Room service forgot 2 times in a row to replace the towels or did not bring the correct number of new towels. It took more than an hour and 2 calls to settle the problem. This should not happen in a hotel of this category. It would have been nice to have 2 chairs and a little table on the balcony.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Modern, clean, comfortable rooms. New and fresh. The bar at the terrace has a terrific view of the city and bay.
Cons: Somewhat cold and almost sterile in places, like the reception area. The location is a bit removed from the fray of the town, which could be a good thing if that's what you want or it could make the walk to get into the center of town a bit longer.
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. They speak English and were generally more tolerant of anglophones than other places I have stayed at in Martinique and French Guiana. It is “France” so French is the official language. It’s helpful to know a bit of French. (But be prepared to get some backlash for speaking English from some people.) The security in this hotel is excellent. I felt really safe and comfortable.
Cons: I will never understand the French washrooms. I could not get my TV to work....didn’t matter as there were no English speaking channels. No big deal except that I needed to find out what was happening with the airline.
7.5 Good
Pros: We stayed one night before taking the ferry to go to Dominica. The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes drive from the terminal (Ile Express) or 15 minutes walk. The room was comfortable, modern with a large shower. The breakfast was nice (the breakfast staff was extremely helpful and polite).
Cons: The water glasses had not been changed (used glasses were in the cupboard) and the complimentary drinks (coffee caps and water bottle) were not there.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Comfort
Cons: The restroom were dirty
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Everything was excellent
Cons: Can't think of anything negative
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Food was great. Beautiful views from the hotel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Central location in Fort-de-France.
Cons: Mediocre breakfast: no fresh eggs or omelett, table not setup, self-service only.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very kind and friendly, all tasks have been treated with professionality. Very nice and stylish ambiance. Location in Fort de France with ocean view.
Cons: Wifi had some problems, but resolved.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is stylish, clean and well located in Fort de France.
Cons: To me it is a bit too expensive

6.7 Good
Pros: Location was good because we didn’t have a vehicle and it was easy to get on public transport, to and from the shops.
Cons: No evening activity or relaxation area, we just had to stay in our room. We were not told lunch and dinner was not available until we arrived at the hotel, which was disappointing. Breakfast was the same each day. Mini bar too expensive and main bar was closed. No ice machine available.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The location is ok. Easy access to the city. There was one staff member who was quiet helpful and friendly at reception. ( light skin and chubby) The cleaner was nice as well.
Cons: The hotel didn’t caterer for families. The hotel was not family friendly and room not clean. The towels and sheets both looked unwashed. We could see spots of stain on the bed cover. The rooms were very noisy at nights and difficult to get a good nights rest. We could hear furniture being moved and toilets being flushed through out the wee hours of the morning. My family and I occupied rooms 520 and 521. We will not recommend this hotel accommodation to family. I Believe in my opinion that the hotel is best suited for business tourist or heavy sleepers. It was pretty expensive and didn’t worth the monies. A very unpleasant experience.
6.3 Good
Pros: - breakfast very good - near airport - nice view from the restaurant
Cons: - very bad price/quality ratio - old furniture, toilet equipment
7.5 Good
Pros: The food, staff and service
Cons: The music in the hallway
6.3 Good
Pros: Not applicable
5.4 Okay
Pros: Staff were pleasant and helpful
Cons: The room and bathroom were not very clean. Water to drink you have to pay for
7.1 Good
Pros: It was clean, secure, well maintained, bed were somewhat comfortable but always clean and linens changed.
Cons: Location, the prices of the food, no restaurants or stores around for those needing buy outside!
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: Restaurant with a limited menu and no soup. Staff was friendly. I will not stay there again.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We had to leave before the breakfast hour. The desk clerk called us a taxi the night before and it was waiting for us at 5 a.m. for our ride to the airport. Excellent service that allowed us to sleep well, knowing our transportation was already arranged. We also needed a U.S. electrical plug and the desk had one we were able to borrow. Such a nice service that allowed us to charge our phones.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good bed and nice breakfast
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is convenient for Fort de France and the shopping areas by taxi. More suitable for business travellers than tourists. The staff were very helpful and friendly although few spoke any English.
Cons: The internet service was poor. It was difficult to access at times and kept cutting out.
Hotel Bambou - Les Trois-Îlets - Building
6
7.9 Good (514 reviews)
C$ 244+
Overview Reviews
Located in Trois-Ilets, Hotel Bambou is by the sea, a 2-minute drive from Anse Mitan and 8 minutes from House of Sugar. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, an elevator (lift), and lockers. This hotel has 2 meeting rooms available for events. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and free self parking is available onsite.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed at this location before and it has gotten even better in time. Breakfast is nice, and half-broad is decent. I love the proximity to the beach and the vast majority of the people who work there. Most of them really go the extra mile to make guests stay an exprience to remember!
Cons: There are two things that really bug me about this hotel. First, when we checked in and paid for our reservation, the hotel held an unauthorized triple hold (the amount was nearly 2000€ extra) on my husband's credit card. This caused the cards credit limit to be maxed out. This was very inconveniencd for us, because this same card was also being used for other reservations during our trip. When we noticed this we called to our credit card company, and they confirmed that the balance was being held by the hotel and told us to contact the hotel staff to contact them. When we asked them to release the money from their accounts end certain Mr. D. at the reception refused to help us even though we repeatedly (for several days) asked for his help. Other members of the staff tried their best and were very sympathetic for this situation caused by hotels accounting servicies, but due to their positions weren't able to help us. We spent few nights on the neighbouring island and when we came back and paid for the hotel again almost same thing happened. This time it was "only" double hold (nearly 500€). This time same Mr. D. was very rude to us when we asked if the there was a possibility for an early check in. He refused it for us, but took in some other guest that arrived right after us. Let me specify that he wasn't working alone and he could have really handeled things in more respecting manner. In the end triple hold and the double hold on my hubby's card were released and they didn't take any extra money off. Though this caused temporarily lowering to the available balance and was a very unpleasant experience. The other thing that I don't like about this property is the lack of asphalt or some other paving on the parking lot. There are also some trash -like sharp glass shards- in there that are a danger for people, animals and car tires. Really wish that they would get that sorted out.
7.5 Good
Pros: Near beach, nice rooms
Cons: Restaurant has terrible dinner. It’s a half board place so it’s in your price. And clearly they cut back on it. Although the listing says wifi everywhere it only works in the office area at check in.
7.9 Good
Pros: Thé bed was like the cloud
7.9 Good
Pros: Loved how close room was to sea meals were also tasty and good value for money
Cons: Would have loved a sea view from the room and would have been nice for staff to understand english
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, staff, and room. Was very clean and staff was super helpful
7.9 Good
Pros: Food and service
Cons: Poor WiFi and internet connection
6.7 Good
Pros: We liked the location at the beach. The pool behind the restaurant is very nice. The creole style of the hotel and the gardens are colourfull and nice to see.
Cons: There is a big reconstruction going on. For many cabins it is needed indeed. We booked half pension but shouldn't have done that. The food is by far not as good as in the pictures. Hospitality is not well developed here. English is spoken poorly. The WIFI functioned badly. Only in the main reception with multiple hick ups.
6.7 Good
Cons: That sick guests were not allowed to collect their meals and bring to their room.
5.4 Okay
Pros: food was good. Beach front was great
Cons: room was old. not what I signed up for.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location, the rooms and the food! The grounds are GORGEOUS!
Cons: More comfy beds and bed linens.

7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful beach front location with nice onsite amenities.
Cons: It was a bit touristy and the times for when the Outside bar and lunch restaurant were open we’re not easy to follow.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel property was beautiful, easy to navigate, and designed to aid in relaxation. The location was excellent—a two-minute walk to shops, restaurants, and a grocery store.
Cons: The property was slightly run down, but still a great value for the price.
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff was remarkable and friendly, it was a pleasure to talk to Lucien and GG at the front desk. Élodie in the office was efficient and friendly. The food was excellent
Cons: Our rooms 19 and 16 need renovation , AC not cool enough! Bath tubs dirty , building is neglected !!! It is a magnificent scenery which is not enhanced due to the lack of renovation and TLC. The parking needs additional parking spaces and cramped
6.7 Good
Pros: The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Cons: The room was a long way from reception and on the ground floor, very close to a stagnant pool of water - perfect for mosquitoes. There was an old, broken chair outside the patio door. The reception staff were very unhelpful - I nearly missed my flight because they did not order a taxi as requested and they refused to help me recharge my phone because I did not have the correct adaptor.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our room felt like a beach cabana being located right on the beach.
Cons: The fact that we could only spend one night there before flying home!
8.8 Excellent

Cons: Lower level needs renovation and new bathroom

Cons: Trop standard international
5.8 Okay
Pros: Simple, basic, cafeteria decent. I chose it because it was close to airport.
Cons: It COST me 35 EUROS for the taxi to airport! Driver took long route. For the 76 euros for hotel, 35 for taxi=110 euro. I could have stayed in a more luxurious hotel In centre'Ville, and taken TCSP street car for 1.4 euro
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Close to the marina, large bathroom.
Cons: Dated, no usb charge available. My travel adapter didn’t fit in the outlets
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Dinner food truly amazing! I could come back just for the food. Kudos to kitchen team!
Cons: Bed cover probably??
6.3 Good
Pros: The reception desk were very nice. The place was clean. And the breakfast buffet is pretty good. The WiFi is good too.
Cons: Place is a bit dated. Feels more like a dormitory than a hotel. There is no fridge in the room and no supermarket or shop within walking distance. Parking garage access is not convenient. Place seems to be popular with large groups on a budget like summer camps. So be prepared to deal with noisy kids in the hallways and cafeteria.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent.
Cons: There were two of us and one towel was provided. No remote control found for the TV. We were not given information as to how we could contact the front desk. Wifi connection difficult. Every time I tried signing in I received the message that the site was not safe.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. This hotel has 3 meeting rooms available for events. 7.5 Good
Pros: The furniture in reception
Cons: It was expensive in my view and the room was small with no fridge or kettle - no privacy on the terrace
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It is not a luxurious hotel but it's clean and cute, and bedding is comfortable. The staff is nice and tries to help. The beach and pools are great.
Cons: The wifi was sporadic and weak, some of the sliced fruits in the breakfast bar were rotten and not removed (for 3 days, I had to dig to the middle or back of the display to get my slices of pineapple with no brown). I had to change room because of a serious leak in the AC system and no-one could move my luggage from the non-functioning room to the new room. I was given a new key to move myself and when I asked if they could put my luggage back in the original room after repair (I was there on a convention and was not around during the day), I was told that there was no one to do it. But with the "island state of mind", it didn't bother me too much.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Sea view from balcony is stunnig. Very good location, close to several lunch, dinning possibilities and small shops. Might be crowded in season.
Cons: The hotel rooms need a maintenance.
6.7 Good

8.3 Excellent
Pros: great location and great staff
Cons: old building, not very comfy

5.0 Okay
Pros: Good location
Cons: Old and not very clean
Hotel L'Imperatrice - Fort-de-France - Building

6.7 Good
Pros: breakfast was ok, i like the variety of teas.
Cons: friendliness of staff could be better, they needed a strong english speaking person to commuicate with non french guest.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice breakfast, nice stuff working here. The location us very good.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: I like the location. Convenient for food, transport to airport, boats to other parts of the island, and a staff there at reception all through the night
Cons: The electricity cuts off once in a while, and the rooms a slightly small in comparison to what I am use to in the US.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really cool old style hotel, but didnt feel run down just old style and well done. Great view over a lively little park with restaurants and bars and music and dancing. Short walk to the waterfront including a beach by the fort. Great staff.
Cons: There was a lot of street noise as we stayed on a week night, so Friday morning deliveries and also garden work, was pretty loud from about 5 am. Be prepared for that, with earplugs if that bother you.
6.3 Good
Pros: the colonial interieur
Cons: There is a lot of noise in the hotel. Management should take action. Staff isn't specially welcoming. rooms are so small: it isn't possible to open the door of the bathroom.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: nothing
Cons: microscopic rooms, not very hygiene, staff does not know how to be polite, they can take your belongings, decide to remove your buggage from the room - I went for lunch and agreed with the receptionist that by the time I'm back I'll pack my luggage and check-out. Instead, by the time I was back they took my belonging, put them into luggage, move the luggage to downstairs (at reception), and have broken my luggage (the zip is not functioning any more). They not only refuse to pay, but also lied to me that the luggage was already locked and they only removed it from the room. Not decent people. Even besides that, there is no single reason to stay in that hotel.
6.7 Good
Pros: The hotel was very centric just 2 minutes from the sea. The bar of the hotel was very nice and always packed. The breakfast was good!
Cons: The noise of the music in the bars right in front of the hotel didnt let me sleep until 4am.. just to take it into account if you want to rest.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location, economy. Room was small but tastefully appointed. My wife saw it in the background of my skype home and was impressed.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Julia the manager was incredible, she was so good to us we can't say thank you enough! We will be back!
Cons: The bed was huge, the room was tiny, however it's a very old building, so we get it, maybe a queen bed or a Murphy bed would give the illusion of more space. :)) we loved this hotel
6.0 Good
Pros: WELL SITUATED
Cons: HAD NO REFRIGERATOR NO RESERVED PARKING
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location. Very nice rooms. Tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. Excellent wifi

7.5 Good
Pros: Old style Hotel but clean and helpful staff and comfortable bed with plenty of hot water. Not the hotels
Cons: Not really the Hotels problem but park workers with leaf blowers in the park opposite start at 4am so impossible to sleep after that.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Friendly reception; comfortable bed.
Cons: Photos deceiving. Older and in much need of sprucing up. The bed spread was so tattered and grungy, I had to remove it!
7.9 Good
Pros: Great breakfast, not too far from downtown, even on foot. The rooms were simple but clean and the swimming pool was a nice bonus. Beware, if you do not have a car, their restaurant opens at 7pm for dinner and there are not a lot of alternative places around, especially on a Sunday when almost all bars and restaurants in the city centre are closed.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
5.8 Okay
Pros: The staff helped change our room up to three times at check in so that we could get one room in which everything worked. Reception helped charge our phones.
Cons: The first room given smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. We had to open the windows to air it out. And the hallway carpets smelled of urine. In the second room the tv and A.C. did not work, there was only one towel, and the shower was as small as a cruise ship shower. The final third room assigned was clean and adequate. The beds were not comfortable but we only stayed one night. The service at the restaurant was awkward as there was no one to receive us initially and painfully slow. However once we were waited on the service was friendly and the food was great!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the pool and Free wifi, the customer service rep was a darling. Area was quiet, nice and peaceful, 15 minutes walk away from city center. It was overall a wonderful stay for me
Cons: I didn't like the ventilation in the bathroom after use - maybe a crack window would help. Also the tissue paper for toilet use was too hard, wasn't easy on my skin.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I'm used to the place, so all including wifi that works.
Cons: Excellent service, room and food for the price.
3.5 Mediocre
Cons: Piscine horrible
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean hotel, with friendly staff. Very good price and a nice view on the city.
Cons: A little bit far from the city centre. When we are at the restaurant, the waitress was alone for 30 people so the service was difficult.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable and the location was ideal especially for someone who travelled by sea as it is just about five minute drive from port
5.8 Okay
Pros: Nice pool Good room
Cons: Menue for ordering room service looked disgusting and was full of dirt. Breakfast was Ok but not really good (15€), but I think one night for 80 without breakfast is way too much. Additionally there was a private party with loud music next to the pool, so I couldn‘t really relax and enjoy my last day at the pool which was the reason I choose this hotel. View from the window wasn‘t nice.

7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel was located right on the beach, had multiple pools and an on site bar\restaurant. The internet connection was good for the most part, the best connection was out on our patio. Most of the front desk staff spoke English.
Cons: This hotel is connected with the 'Carayou' hotel and it looks like the 'Carayou' clients get top priority. Also our room did not include a fridge, ice was hard to get, and no turn down service.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location. Balcony. Option to use some hotel facilities.
Cons: It was an apartment in a hotel complex that wasn’t run by hotel. Cleaning only on your departure. We asked hotel for a mug to make some coffee (there was a coffee machine) but hotel just passed a phone number to an owner. We were staying there 2 nights only so it wasn’t worth it. There was not enough toilet paper provided.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Close to touristy village
Cons: Spotty and slow WIFI
6.7 Good
Pros: Location is perfect. Pool area and beach access via the hotel are great Bar area is cool
Cons: The Marina is NOT a hotel and should not be sold on Booking.com as a hotel It's a self catering appartment and this should be clear on the Booking.com No towel changes for a week The place needs some serious renovations The week I was there, there were 3 burnt cars in the parking lot - great impression.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location next to the beach.
Cons: The staff is not friendly. Too cool.

4.6 Okay
Cons: location on foot tough walk up hill
5.0 Okay
Pros: The only advantage is a beautiful view, but only if you pay extra for a room on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Air conditioning is an advantage, but the outdoor unit is inappropriately positioned because it is too low on the balcony and when you sit outside, all the waste heat is blowing directly at you
Cons: Photos do not correspond to reality. Especially not the bathroom, after the reception was told that we wanted a room we chose according to the photos on booking.com we were refused despite the fact that the hotel was empty. The maid does not perform her tasks and apparently works without control. I understand the dust on the closet, but under the bed it can be cleaned up in a normal cleaning
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The saving grace of this property is the view!!! Beautiful sights of le bout temp and the capital across the bay. Great place to catch a sunrise or sunset.
Cons: If they would update this property, it could be a gem because of the location. But as it stands, I would say its similar to a cheap motel. Everything is dated, chipped, and broken. We asked for them to fix our sink and no one ever showed during our 6-day stay. We have traveled extensively, and have visited various islands, and never have had poor accommodations such this in this price range. As for the location, it is very close to everything, but as others have mentioned, be ready to climb up the driveway and upstairs as there are no elevators. Excellent for the cardio : ) If you have physical limitations this might not be the property for you. The town is lots of fun, safe and definitely recommend taking the ferry.
7.9 Good
Pros: The view from our room of the island was absolutely gorgeous. Amazing location:only a 5-10 minute walk to a nice swimming beach, ferry (to Fort de France), nice shops and restaurants, and a bus stop to other beaches (also only a 30 min taxi drive from the airport). Kitchen was located on the balcony and had everything we needed to cook. Pool was nice and refreshing. Great air conditioning in the rooms.
Cons: The rooms are by no means fancy in terms of bedding and decorations, but still comfy for the price. Wifi was spotty sometimes. No cleaning service and new towels cost 8 euros (I recommend bringing your own beach towel). Have to walk up a steep hill to get to hotel, but totally worth it for the view. Pool closed early (9:30 pm). No bar, they sell alcoholic drinks but I wouldn't call it a "bar". Breakfast options limited. Only met 1 staff member that spoke English.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The view and the fact that even though we didn't arrive until 12:30 A.M. the security guard had the key to our room. (I tried calling to let them know we would be late but no one answered the phone.) There were no bugs there. We didn't even bother to use the A/C. The view and location are great!
Cons: There are no ice trays or even an ice machine! They expect you to take out recycling but there's no where to put it at the hotel. There are very few amenities ex. dish detergent etc. I have stayed in Martinique 3 times, after all that being said I would probably return to this "recidense" hoping they've made some improvements.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location high on the hill so you can see right over Fort de France! Short walk to beach and ferry and a number of shops including supermarket.
Cons: The room was missing tea towel to dry dishing and dish washing liquid to wash up.
7.1 Good
Pros: The view from the balcony was amazing! With some maneuvering, we got the table and chairs onto the balcony for a great view with our breakfast. The pool looked good, but we didn't have a chance to try it. The staff were nice and quickly replaced the missing cup. Although tight, there was parking - we came later and had to park on the drive.
Cons: Room was small, kitchenette on the balcony was missing a cup, dish soap, dish cloths. Water pressure was poor in the shower and furniture in general was shoddy and falling apart. It is a steep walk down into the town and only one restaurant within range - though that was a pretty good Brazilian restaurant. The notices were intimidating - saying that if you didn't properly clean your room that they would charge extra for cleaning.
6.3 Good
Pros: Beautiful view. We we're lucky to have a third floor room with Sea view, which was nice. We only stayed one night and we had a good time to visit Anse Mitan and Anse-a-l'Ane beaches. We liked Anse-a-l'Ane beach better, which can be reached via a ferry with a 10 minutes ride.
Cons: We booked our room more than a month before arrival, and payed for it, and when we called the hotel directly before arrival time to make sure everything is ok, we were told by the receptionist 'gentleman' that they don't have the room for us. Booking.com representatives tried to help to resolve and correct the situation, since we have already payed for it, but we had to spend one full day of energy and time calling back and forth, and even on the second day we were not sure if we really have the room. I HAD TO SEND PHOTOS OF MY BANK INFO to booking.com, whose representatives in turn sent it to the hotel, that we have truly payed, and only then we learned, after calling again, that we have the room. It was on New Year Eve and everything was booked out everywhere, and they were cancelling on us without any reason. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE...The receptionist man was very unhelpful.
7.9 Good
Cons: No info given as to walking distance to supermarket n need to have your own bag when purchasing groceries
