Breakfast was excellent. The room we were in was clean (attic room). Bed very comfortable with crisp fresh linen. Communication was great and the women who greeted us was delightful. Would recommend if only for the breakfast.
The location is ok - parking on the street can be tricky. but the shower in our room was tired and black grotty sealant. There was water marks/damage on the ceiling. Communal areas are very tired and not cleaned. Breakfast area ok but ceiling marked with water damage? I know this was mentioned before in spring and was supposed to have been fixed but it hasn't been repaired as of mid August.

I wasn’t sure about the times for breakfast before booking and found out although I had paid for breakfast I was unable to take breakfast as I had to leave in the mornings before breakfast was served

The property was tired and needs we TLC, it was advertised as having parking but had only Street parking, paid full price for breakfast when the continental was compiled of cereal and a yoghurt, they were even up to make me a hot drink the second day.
