Staff inside and outside (parking man), it was clean and design. Good price for the quality. I do really recommend it. I will go back there for sure. Moreover, in the center f the city. Situation perfect and easy to find.

Really nice room, quiet hotel, comfortable bed, and great views of the mosque and the sea.
Problem with the reception staff, wouldn't accept my ID card, said I needed my passport, which wasn't true. Had to sort out the issue with the hotel manager. Wasn't a great welcome.

The hotel is popular and is known by most of the taxi drivers in Casablanca.It is new and modern looking. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnishued. The bathrooms are clean and bright.The bathroom complimentaries are quite good and varied and differ from the usual ones available in the most hotels.
The receptionists are not quite friendly and their command of English is insuficient. We had a minibar issue as we were said to have had sweets and soda which was not true. At check-out the receptionists ere in expectation of tip for nothing.
