The staff was very kind and helpfull and the hotel is very easy for me to stay in for business and pleasure
They did not clean the room on Saturday so I had to ask for new towels and toilet paper. Was not so good!!

Good price and nice rooms. Near the airport but not as near as implied in the blurb. Glad I had a GPS system or I'd never have found it.
We arrived at night and the area was a bit scary looking. Crowd of young men hanging around the garage entrance. Didn't feel safe. Fine once inside.

Sky TV did not work. Still did not working after fault was reported.

The staff was very helpful in getting us settled; answering questions about the air conditioner and tv, telling us about a wonderful restaurant across the street, as well as making sure we had a cab to the airport at 5 in the morning.
We had nothing to dislike. We did find it rather unusual that there seemed to be no one else there.
