Cons (-) Broken lights, broken mini bar, broken sink. Room was run down, staff sullen and unfriendly. No help with broken facilities. A three night stay not long enough for them to get anything done. Staff at breakfast looked suicidal. Not a great experience all round. Only good thing is the location, close to everything in catania.
