Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They gave me a 2pm late checkout. The whole hotel was good but the courtesy of the staff was great.
Cons (-) The phone in the room had the handset disconnected. The phone rang a lot before I realized why no one would talk when I answered the calls.
