Cons: "I missed my outbound flight from Chicago to Dallas, and although I called to inform Delta, my return trip was cancelled and i did not find out until the day of my return to Chicago. When I called Delta to figure out what was going on, I was put on hold for two and a half hours. I'm not giving the flight a bad review, since I never got on the plane, but I'm disappointed with the accuracy and care for customers that I've experienced with Delta service. Delta was the first company I've ever flown with when I first started travelling when I was twelve years old, and it is unfortunate that I will probably never book with Delta again."

Pros: "Unfortunately there were unavoidable delays due to weather but the staff gave regular updates and were very honest. Also, they brought out food and drinks for people bc they knew people wouldn't feel comfortable leaving the gate in case of changes. Staff handled the whole situation very well."

Pros: "West Jet was well organized and very professional in helping travellers on a full aircraft reach Hobolulu. I was particularly impressed by the polite calm and efficient cabin staff. Will use this airline again."

They should have held that plane because i know the elderlt women next to didnt make it. Staff were not attentive enough. Buzzed them servial times and no response."

United changed my booking for no reason since there was room on the same flight and then cancelled the flight! This has been a week of cancellations and challenging united scheduling. The staff has been friendly, so maybe it's just the admin that needs to get their act together.

I already shared my experience about this trip, so I'm not sure why I am being asked again. It was horrible because there was a long delay and the passengers were encouraged (forced with no options) to flight the prescribed route to a city with no other flights.. so a night in Toronto without any decision on the customer's part. like, 'oh well' we will just do what works for us and you have to deal with it" what's a day in your life anyway?
Unacceptable flight delay of 5 hours. 2 gate changes. Minimal information provided. No AC personnel in sight for most of the 5 hours.
Can’t believe I am saying this, but United is much better than Air Canada. Pleasant service, nice snacks, good coffee. Oh, and on time service!
I upgraded to a seat with more legroom, plus the seat next to me was empty, so it was a pretty comfortable flight.
All our flights on our itinerary were AirCanada flight #s .. they should have ALSO been indicated with United Flight #s. From the beginning everything at the airport was serviced by United. Please let passengers know which airline to check in with.

Cons: "The seat was very narrow with absolutely minimal leg space, and a carry-on bag was not included in the fare."

Pros: "It was a bit less expensive at first, but the charges added up quickly. My only complaint really is that the booking was through Air Canada and the flight was operated through United Airlines. It wasn’t a problem for me but if you only have a Visa debit card and want to pay for checked bags online, this is not possible to do online prior to checking in. You also can’t check in to your flight as you would normally, you get the last available seats and have to pay for any seat changes. All in all, I’d still book through Kayak but I’d make sure that the flight I booked was through the company that operates the flights. It’s will give you more options when checking in to the flight."
Cons: "I was put through a third party airline that had no control of the final booking procedure that I was used to. I could not choose seats or add checked luggage on my visa debit, I needed a credit card. This wasn’t a problem but it could pose problems for some people."

Cons: "I didn't like that when I got on and off my flights. When I asked for help because I am deaf and mute no one would escort me to the planes cabin or the right gate. Had to ask 3 different gates which way do I go because I cant hear and I was upset because I thought I wouldn't make my flight. My wife made sure that they put on my information in the system that they would help me, but I guess it doesn't work like that. In future I will make different arrangement so that I can get the help I need."
Cons: "The flight was delayed for over an hour and then cancelled. We had to wait AN ADDITIONAL three hours to get on another flight. My wife was able to make the flight change on her cell phone because of the slow response of the agents. Out of five flights on our trip, three were delayed or cancelled for a total of nine plus hours!"

Cons: "Flight there was ok. I'm 6ft 3 and have some weight to me but I've never had a problem being able to fit in a seat before. Not even close! The Boeing 737 we rode on the way back home was THE most uncomfortable 3 hours ever. I saw other customers "getting up to go to the bathroom" to stretch and get out of these seats. They were so small, so cramped and the leg room is the worst I've ever had! Hey United, instead of upgrading your older planes to have tv's in all the head rests (which costs money anyways) why don't you retrofit them to have liveable if not comfortable seats/legroom. Absolutely terrible. Considering never flying United again after that flight. I thought longer flights usually get bigger planes with more slightly more comfortable sitting accommodations. Caved and got one of the food boxes....bleh. Just bleh. Supposed to have smoked gouda spread. Tasted like those pretzel and cheese snacks that you give your kids for lunch."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed unnecessarily for 3+ hours because a ring was missing on a cargo net and the only mechanic in Durango was at animas air park working on a private plane. The United plane arrived in Durango with the ring missing, it was unloaded with the ring missing and then loaded with the ring missing. That's two days in which it could have been fixed before our flight took off. Everyone on the plane missed thier connections. Fortunately, I got off the plane and a very nice agent helped me book a connecting flight at a later time schedule before I got back on the plane. I then had another 3 hour wait in Durango. it took me almost 12 hours to get to Tucson from Durango. That is entirely unnecessary!"
