Location is good easy to get too
My reservations through Hotels.com were messed up by one day . I had to rebook the night stay. I had to pay for the room because as I was told my original reservation had to be canceled. I was also told that the money I spent on the original reservation couldn't be transferred to the new reservation. So I had to pay more for the same room and to date I am still waiting on the refund it's been 2 weeks now going on 3 weeks and I was told it was the fault of the billing & accounting department from the booking site. I was told sorry it's our fault and nothing was offered to compensate for their mess up and I still have to wait for when they can supposedly expedite the refund. 2 to 3 weeks isn't expedited in my book
