Lovely hotel good staff nice room only thing wrong was the meal on night 2 was rather cold

We found all the staff very pleasant and helpful. We were allocated a clean and comfortable room with a balcony with chairs where we could relax. The meal had a choice of main course and desert and a set starter and it was all tasty and well cooked. A lovely location and very well converted buildings. Suggest that those who could not lock their doors should have asked as the door handle just had to be lifted to allow the key to turn.

The view of the place is great. They have been very considerate when making a hotel from these buildings. Nice, friendly service, very relaxed. Food was good.
Couldnt find the pigeoners loft that is shown in the picture

The buildings and ambience were lovely. The swimming pool was positioned thoughtfully, not too close to the accommodation. Pleasant view from bedroom and balcony.
The bedroom was on the small side and the evening meal was disappointing. I had expected interesting and fresh flavours but it was over-salted and the vegetables over-cooked. Not something I would do at home, I hope, despite being British!
