They didn’t reserve my car. They said they couldn’t fulfill my reservation because I wasn’t returning the car to their location. The staffer was rude, unapologetic, and offered no other solution.

Well I got my dates mixed up, which had me showing up to pick up my rental a week earlier than I had reserved it for. Lol. My bad! But the professional at the counter was still able to get me a rental anyway. Which was important, as I was there in Dayton without a car and needed to get back home in Columbus. So drop off was different from where I picked up the rental. Personnel at the drop off location was just a friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!
