Cons: Didn't have the car I reserved, also when I asked todrop off the car a day early I was told that it wouldn't be taken off total since I prepaid. Was billed for a week plus a day for rental from Thursday afternoon to Monday evening

Pros: It was a nice car and in good condition. Good on gas - it was exactly what I had asked for and no one tried to talk me into something I didn't want.
Cons: The people were fine...Christine was really good, but I had to wait over 30 minutes to return my car - there was only one person ahead of me - but Christine was the only employee and she was left to do everything by herself. She had to clean the cars, check cars in and out and answer the phone - which rang constantly! I made sure I arrived about 45 minutes before I had to turn my car in but by the time she was able to wait on me I barely got checked in before my time was up!

Pros: Staff was rude, refuse to listen to customer and was very unsympathetic to the situation on hand.
Cons: Will not acknowledge the entire transaction citing corporate policy about using same credit card for both the on line and in the store process . I produced the card and told the staff that the issuing bank had replaced the number with a new one after I made the reservation . Gave the employee both cards and my ID along with the service number to citicards to verify, but the gentleman refused to give me the car as a "pre paid " customer and said I can forget my on line transaction and rent the same vehicle as a walk in customer for double the price . I will never go back to this business ever again ... Will make sure to let everyone know my experience as well.
