You kept $200.00 on my credit card and it was to be credited back when I returned the car. There was NO opportunity to discuss or look into this. The guy that checked me in simply said, "leave the keys" and there is your courtesy bus. I want to know where or when the $200.00 hold is released to me and have proof of it. The gas wasn't full when we got the car. Mileage range when we got in was 356 miles. When I filled it several times during the week range was 480 plus. Car was clean, many dinges and scratches but overall good for the price. Will rent againReviewed 10 Apr. 2023
