Cons: Apparently even though there is only one airport in Duluth, it is divided into a "private" airport area and the public one. The booking was unknowingly made for the "private" airport area, but I only found this out 2 days after arriving at the Budget rental in the main airport area and discovered that no one was there. I was still charged for the private insurance. Will never book a car rental through Kayak or Budget again.

Cons: Rental never happened! It's a good thing I called the day before to confirm reservation. Agent asked where I was taking car. I said I thought that was an odd question, since the rental included unlimited miles. She explained that they had "boundary restrictions" on their rentals and the car could ONLY be used in Minnesota or Wisconsin! That was never mentioned during prior telephone confirmation of the original reservation despite my mentioning it was for a two week road trip to the East coast. I was told it was "in the fine print" in the online reservation form. It seems to me that information is too critical to be buried in "fine print"! I had to cancel and scramble around to find another agency with no such restrictions, that could provide me with a car on less than 24 hour notice. It cost me more than $100 more! Budget will never see ANY business from me or my family in the future.

Nissan Rogue heating system not so good
Pros: The service and ease of pick up and drop off. No shuttle just a short walk over and pick up at airport.
Cons: The heating system in the very cold Duluth, Minnesota area could not keep up. You had to constanly turn the cooler air on to keep the windows from fogging. This was not a toasty warm car to ride in.

Very satisfied and will use again in the future
Pros: I appreciated that they brought the rental to me and then the next day picked it up. Car was squeaky clean inside and out.
Pros: Keys waiting for us. Not a lot of paper work. Great staff!
Cons: Two keys that couldn't be separated??

They did not reserve the vehicle class I ordered a
Cons: Ordered a full size car such as a Chevy Impala. Got there and they had a van waiting for me. I finally got them to give me a small suv which was nice, but still not what I ordered. Technically this was an upgrade, but they only did it under protest. Bad show. Everything else was of a high standard.

Cons: I dropped the car off a little over one hour late and they tried to bill be for an extra day.
Cons: Showed up & they wanted an additional amount for the rental as well as a deposit. Nothing is mentioned about this hen you te reserve
on-line about additional fees or deposits. This was a nonairport
Location. So t rent at this location again.

Excellent customer service as usual!
Pros: I was greeted warmly right away, and taken care of immediately. When I needed to extend my rental, it was handed very easily over the phone. When I brought the rental back, I was given a driver immediately to take me over to the repair shop where my vehicle was.
Cons: I can't think of anything.

Pros: Great staff at Enterprise in Duluth. Very accommodating staff. Will use again in the future.
Cons: The car would chug when you are starting to accelerate after being at a stoplight. When I returned the car I let them know of the problem only to find out it is a feature on the car for emissions/fuel economy? It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.
Pros: Price, car was clean, I was able to book easily online (and at the last minute).
Cons: No economy available, was given a Ford Focus (which has terrible visibility). Also wish there was a pick-up and drop-off downtown rather than only the airport option.

I need certain charge reversed please
Pros: I made my reservation online to rent a car on 1/30/2017 and bought the auto insurance to go with it. The charge of $45 was billed immediately and I was to pay for the car when I checked in.
He told me I couldn't get the car bc I didn't have a Credit Card in my name...I was upset bc I've never been denied a rental before and it was a huge inconvience for me. I didn't complain, and went on my way.
However, the insurance charge is still showing on my account and was never reversed at time of check in. I asked the employee who worked front desk, but he said he couldn't help me.
How do I go about getting these charged reversed? Thank you for your time,
