I got off my flight and the counter was closed. A super nice agent with another company tried to find my keys and contract which were no where to be found. I am still working on a refund.

You could have been open or at least had my stuff ready so someone else could have helped me.

Cons:

It was the Ford Edge. Hard to lock up. Alarm went off! Alarm would not set up - spent 30 minutes trying to figure this one out. Finally after closing the rear opening on the SUV for the third time, the alarm was able to be set. So, it wasn’t Hertz, it was Ford who had a problem. I would NEVER buy a Ford Edge.
