Pros:Quickest pick up I’ve ever had for a car rental.Cons:The exterior of the vehicle was dirty, but perhaps there was a rain storm the night before? I don’t know. Just surprised overall by the extents appearance. Internally the car looked great!Reviewed 27 Jun. 2021

Will have a good experience as long as you let thePros:We called the local number as soon as we found out that we missed our connection flight in Chicago. They gave us the option to pick up at the airport but had to add the airport fees to our original price that was given. But it saved us alot of headaches because of arriving at the airport late that day. It was much easier being able to drop the car off at the airport as well. Just a word of warning that if you get a car from an off site car rental place in Fargo, you may have to take a taxi to get to the car rental place. AND they close normally at 6 pm. I was misleadPros:I was put in a Payless Car - an affiliate of Budget and it was barely better than a lawn mower. It wa considered a mid-size, but wa about the size of a Cooper Mini. It made all sorts of noise and worried about its upkeep as we traveled thru a National Park. There was nothing good to say.Cons:It was awful. I had to debate with the attendent about a price break.Reviewed 4 May 2017

Cons:Picked up the car and quickly realized that the tires were worn out beyond safety levels. I returned to the Budget Fargo airport location and got another car Headlights on car #2 were not properly aligned, which became a safety issue in poor visibility conditions.Reviewed 8 Dec. 2019

Cons:Heater insufficient, pretty "basic" car for full size price, not very comfortable. Person at check in/out desk either new or incompetent, didn't seem to know what he was doing, had to ask for help from other counter.Reviewed 21 Nov. 2016
