This choice ensures a smoother and more convenient driving experience while exploring Haarlem's charming streets and attractions.

On major roads and some arterial routes, the speed limit might be 70 km/h (43.5 mph). This is because speed limits generally varies depending on the roads or the region you are driving in.

Pros:The Ford Focus was nice.
Cons:Hertz runs a desk in an auto repair shop; the agent was fine, but mostly not there in Haarlem, having to cover other locations. This caused delays and required that I take a taxi to the train station. I would not have rented from a half-operational outfit like this, had I known of its marginal existence. Also, Kayak failed to list other options, such as the Europcar rental office directly across the street. On returning the car to Hertz, I had to use Europcar in my GPS to find the Hertz, since it did not show on the GPS.
