Easy to pick up and drop off. I asked about the Gas program and got overcharged. I just wanted to pay for it when I got back but got assigned to some other gas program. So instead of just paying for gas from 15/16 to 1/2 tank, they charged 90 something dollars instead of the 3.99 per gallon. Not cool.
Our rental broke down during our travels. Alamo Roadside Assistance took great care of us! We were able to get a smaller car the very next day in a nearby town. When we returned home, the friendly Alamo guy was interested in our welfare and did all he could to make us feel like valued customers.

I didn't like any of it and the lady was really rude. Wouldn't let me speak and just kept making me feel like an idiot
The car was dirty when we picked it up. Also no one told us we would not be able to use our bank card when we picked it up due to us having an out of state drivers license. We had to drive 3 hours out of the way to fix that. Huge inconvenience. Thought they would’ve accommodated us knowing we were from out of town and that know one told us this policy but they did not.
