Cons:
While Kayak accepted my reservation, the local rental car agency had no cars available. The agent stated that Kayak does not provide telephone or email contact information for the renter, and so could not notify me that no cars were available, and forced us to make alternative plans via train. In the end we had to pay for a taxi to & from the rental car agency only to find out there were no cars.Budget
