I bought the car through kayak, then upgraded the car when I arrived. Instead of upgrading the first purchase, they charged me for a different car, so I had to pay for two cars when I only used one.

I made my reservation 3 weeks early. 3 days before pick up they called to tell me they did not have the van size I needed at that location. They said they would help me find a van somewhere else and they never called me back again. I was very disappointed.
