Agent who delivered the vehicle was very helpful with packing our suitcases. It was kind of tricky to fit all of them and four of us in the small VW Polo. We’ve had no idea how to approach that task, but he did excellent job. We were able to drive comfortably to our destination in St. Francois.Cons:

The car was clean and automatic like we requested and got good gas mileage.Cons:
The headlights barely lit up anything in front makin seeing the roads very difficult and dangerous at night unless we used the high beams which isn't possible when there is oncoming traffic. Also, the agent was late for dropping off the car in morning causing us to almost miss our flight since there were a lot of folks waiting to drop off in morning with us.5.6 Fair

They required a $2000 deposit on top of the rental price unless we purchased insurance, even though my credit card had equivalent insurance. Then even when we paid the extra $180 for insurance they required an additional $600 deposit on top of the rental price.8.8 Very good

Despite choosing Budget for its price, and declining the insurance, upon picking up the car we were told that to decline the insurance we would need to leave a $12,000 deposit!! We were basically forced to take the insurance for $10/day.2.0 Poor

We were forced to buy car insurance even though we made it clear to them that my credit card covers car rental insurance on international trips.
