My screen was broken so now movies, etc, but I didn’t really mind. They did work on it, so good effort on their part.
The dinner was bland and boring, but the economy seats were surprisingly comfortable. The flight was very packed.
Arm rests are too small and too close. No screens, movie selection was very limited and poor. Food is pretty much overpriced cheap convenience store food.
I didn't have any problems during my flight. My main issue is with airlines in general, they keep offering less and less every year, AirTransat is no different.
Crew was good, helpful. Flight ran on time.would have liked to take airtransat home to MTL. But the price back from San Jose Costa Rica was MUCH more expensive than the flight from MTL to San Jose c.r.

We are a senior couple (70+) and chose emergency exit seats so we would have 2 seats together and neither of us had to sit in a middle seat. My husband is type 1 diabetic on an insulin pump and I monitor his blood sugar levels. I am 5'9" and 250 lbs and found the seats extremely uncomfortable. Toward the end of the flight I developed diarrhea which lasted a full 24 hours.
They never sent me a confirmation to say my flight time had changed so I cut my holiday short by 6 hours Had to pay over 50 American for my luggage to be checked on the way home and that’s more that it cost on the way there. Arbitrarily charging more for the same thing when the passenger has no options is shady The cabin was an icebox going there and back, if all the passengers have their gloves on and their hoods up that should be an obvious sign to turn up the heat
I was very nice to arrive earlier than scheduled. Very much appreciated. No issues with flight. All was good.
I love Air France. This was another great experience despite a slight delay in the departure. The time was made up on flight. I would take AirFrance again when traveling to the far East. Merci beaucoup.

The flight crew was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also the seats were comfortable and roomier than many other airlines.
The plane's pilots, including the captain himself, thanked me for the flight. I know it's just marketing, but it was really nice to see these people. It's a great idea. Airplane food is never "good," but the entire crew and flight organization were top-notch. I really liked Delta, and I think I've traveled all over the world, and that was something new for me. Maybe even the old planes, the B767, but next time I have a choice, Delta will be my first choice. Thank you, a satisfied passenger :)
Middle seats SUCK!!!! I paid more money than I should have because of your terrible site Kayak.com. I'll try to use your competitors going forward. I am so disappointed you would play off business class.com as business class seats
The boarding was efficient. The entertainment system was a bit unstable but Air France has a good selection of movies.

Excellent service. Flight attendance like Jessica,, on our flight, is a reason I wouldn’t mind flying through British Airways again. Jessica,, was very courteous and helpful.
My flight times changed 4 times since I originally booked the flight. The last time being the day of flight - a 2 hour delay. This meant instead of getting into IAH at 9:30p, I got in at 2:30a. This was very disappointing!!!
The flight from Dallas to Tokyo was not on Japan Airlines. It was on American Airlines. Very disappointed that we did not fly on Japan Airlines. Will not be using you liars again. I’ll just book direct from the airline next time. Wish you could make this right and has us fly on Japan Air when heading back home to the US.
The Mario was so helpful and provided amazing customer service however l have being waiting for a callback for almost a week now and have not heard anything further after l informed them l wanted to change my date of traveling because of my hospital appointment even send them proof and l was unable to use manag your booking on their website is a bit frustrating and l would appreciate an update on My request as soon as possible. Delayed due to weather in Dallas (arriving flight arrived late), then boarded the plane only to deboard immediately afterwards, tire needed to be replaced. Flight supposed to depart at 6:15pm but departed at 9:35pm.
On time flight, good communication about boarding, lines didn't form unnecessarily for boarding before their group was announced (kept aisles clear), friendly flight attendants and service
Incoming flight was delayed, delaying boarding. It then took 30 mins to take off. Took 20 mins to get to a gate because they changed the gate last minute, crew weren’t ready so there was no one staffed to work the jet bridge. Boarding was so disorganized as is usual with American because everyone just stands around the gate regardless of boarding group.

Never had such a lazy first class attendant. Literally spent 60%+ of the flight playing games on her personal phone making up excuses of why she was unavailable.

The meal options were ok but the actual food was terrible. On my return journey, they simply said that there was no vegetarian option and somehow struggled to give me dinner and did not give me any breakfast at all which in my opinion was terrible. Not having ANY vegetarian meal was surprising and never had such an experience in the recent years.

Aircraft is designed with all 3 washrooms at the back of the plane, meaning that when there is service underway, there are no washrooms available and it gets very crowded at the back of the plane.
