Great flight, comfort, and staff. Prefer tv in back of seat but watching on phone will do

Crew were quite friendly. Food was very poor considering the price of the ticket and the flight time. Could not charge my phone due to USB charger not working..

The food wasn’t good. Need better food. There wasn’t any entertainment.

STEWARDESSES WERE AWESOME! The food could be a bit better. Rice was SOGGY with gravy and the chicken was RUBBERY.

I was treated well in first class. I have no complaints. I will definitely fly with my favourite airline again this year.

There was no music on the flights unless you came with your headset.

Their bar selection could be greatly improved; they only had one spirit option

Music would have been great and information about the flight. Meaning how high and the weather conditions.

It was good but the food was small for the duration of the flight.

I wrote to the entertainment and food OK because it was non-applicable All excellent

I liked nothing about this particular flight. Not only it was initially delayed for two hours due to late arrival of the plane, but the flight attendants were also very late to show up coming from a hotel (based on the announcement made by the gate agent). They did not arrive on another late flight, so why couldn't they be on time? Total disrespect of the passengers!! The plane itself was cramped and the seats super uncomfortable. To top off the poor experience, my video screen did not work. To summarize: flight delayed for 3 hours, cramped and no entertainment (for me).

They kept posting delaying flight due to maintenance issues from incoming arrival flight since 10am, the flight is supposed to depart at 3:45pm, after kept delay until 12am, they finally said it’s canceled. What were they doing for the last 13 hours? After 2am, they still don’t find hotel where we can stay. terrible experience!

It’s good for travelling but the connection flying it’s to bad!! Because The Times connection it’s too short. You have a checking point, before control after checking for departure again 1 hours 30 minutes for all and you need your connection for anything.

The crew was very helpful and the aircraft was clean. More attentiveness to us in business class.

Flight boarded without pilots. Sat on plane for 3 hrs. after over an hour late boarding. Plane never took off. Had to deplane near midnight. Line for rebooking was 3 hours + long. I had to leave.

No problems with flight. Even though I had a short layover in DFW, I was still able to easily make my connection.

Seats in coach aren't padded enough for a 6 hour flight

I had trouble finding a boarding pass because I had an hour between Flights and American did not see my flight I believe because I was ticketed through KAYAK. I did not have enough time to go to the desk before boarding so I went to the desk and told them while I was boarding and they had a boarding pass for me within three minutes. Nice. I paid extra to have more legroom and it is definitely worth it for a six hour flight. I would’ve paid for a decent dinner, but they didn’t offer anything but a snack box —not good for six hours.

lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints

Literally the worst experience ever and I had my service dog with me. Flight was supposed to leave at 1:51 PM but the plane arrived late. They boarded us around 3 PM and kept us on the plane for an hour saying that due to weather conditions in Miami, we could not takeoff yet. After waiting for an hour, they deplaned. And then they will not give us our bags back that we could just leave and schedule for another flight. Every hour they kept updating saying we have to wait another hour without any explanation as to what was going on. Eventually, I went to customer service to change my ticket, but by the time I made it to the front of the line, they started boarding my flight again. And then when we got onto the flight, they said there were two flight attendants That were past their shift. They kept us on the plane for about another 40 minutes until they told us they had no other flight attendance and had to deplane again. Then I gave us hotel vouchers and told us we would be on a flight at 6 AM the next day. At this point it is about 9 PM. I get to the hotel with my dog, who hasn’t been able to go potty for about eight hours. When I arrived at the hotel, I got a text alert saying my flight has been canceled at 6 AM and they moved past to 5 AM, however the hotel shuttle doesn’t leave early enough to make it to the airport for 5 AM flight. So me and some other passengers got a cab after about three hours of sleep to get back to the airport. This was the worst experience ever.

Flight was delayed and still they didn't manage to transfer my bag to the flight. The onboard staff was quick to show desperation and frustration with the not-so-easy passengers.

Do not book a flight thru Toronto Pearson to the US with less than 2 hrs between connecting flights. With 90 minutes (which I had) if your first plane is 25-30 minutes late by the time you debark, walk to go through security again, go through US customs and find your new gate with at least 15 minutes before your departure. If you stop to go the the bathroom you will be lucky to catch your flight, in my case I wasn’t lucky. The airline should not offer flights that do not allow you time to get to your second plane, bad customer service!

It was swiss air flight and they were very helpful and kind

My flight was delayed in Calgary and I missed my connecting flight to Cincinnati. I was rebooked on a flight the following day. I did not receive a food or lodging voucher.

I didn't actually get to take this flight. It was canceled and the automated system rerouted my party of four (including a minor and a person in a wheelchair) to three different airports. Since we had a three hour drive from Newark this was clearly unacceptable. For all of us to end up in Newark would have required waiting at least one day, probably longer.

Constant delays worked out in our favor but definitely extended our travel day

Flight was excellent in all aspects, - comfort , food, drinks, service, entertainment. Inspite of the computer glitch, the flight was on schedule and flawlessly. Thank you, air Canada.

We missed our Toronto connection. Air Canada rebooked us for the next day. We had purchased premium seats but our rebooked flight was nearly full and we did not sit together. Seats were way in the back of the plane. Air Canada did provide us with a hotel stay. Agent upon deplaning told us luggage would be sent through to our final destination. Customer service person told us our luggage would be at the carousel. It never showed up, so we lost an hour waiting for it, already well past my bedtime by now. My husband has limited mobility. Baggage agent advised us the luggage did, indeed, get placed somewhere for our next day flight and provided us with an overnight kit (shaving kit, oral hygiene kit, sleep shirt, etc.) and it was very much appreciated and needed. Husband has mobility issues and we found that wheelchair assistance is not provided during layover stops, which made it difficult (and slow) for us to get from gate to customer service to baggage claim to hotel shuttle. For the most part, all agents we dealt with were respectful and pleasant, although only a few were as warm, friendly and helpful as most of the Canadians we had interacted with during our visit.

We paid $110 for more leg room. My traveling companion’s knees were right up against the seat in front. Where was more leg room. We feel ripped off. Food,,,there wasn’t any not even a bag of pretzels. As a result, there was very little service.
