The flight crew was extremely hospitable, though there was a lot of turbulence, they made it a good experience. The only negative was the inflight experience for economy class. There wasn’t any, or at least non that I was aware of.
I liked the friendliness of the employees at the airport
I liked the extra leg room in Caribbean plus. Worth the extra money. The food could have been more balanced, there was no salad or veggies

STEWARDESSES WERE AWESOME! The food could be a bit better. Rice was SOGGY with gravy and the chicken was RUBBERY.
I was treated well in first class. I have no complaints. I will definitely fly with my favourite airline again this year.
There was no music on the flights unless you came with your headset.

Same problems with delays in Dallas. This was weather related and due to the incoming flight being delayed. This was the flight that was delayed due to a missing flashlight which turned out not to be missing.
Terrible. Extremely expensive. Monitor wasn’t working the whole flight 11 hrs and American didn’t offer anything. Change of seats, wifi etc. I’m expecting q compensation from the airline
Improvements in communication and empathy are absolutely necessary for American Airlines staff (top down). It’s like they are numb to the needs of their customers.
Flight was delayed by 11 hours. Flight agent finally had to rebook us, but did not rebook fully correctly. We had to pay out of pocket to get to the hotel they booked us and couldn’t check in the next day online because the next day’s agent said they didn’t complete the process the night before.
It would have been better if I could have had my flight on time. It was delayed for 5 hours. Caused me to not be able to fulfill my promise to my granddaughters. Other than that it was a good trip.
The flight left a bit late, but arrived close to time expected…With the flight being close to full the crew did well serving drinks to all in a very timely fashion. The flight was a pleasure…
They didn't have any gluten-free snacks, oddly, which I require...or any flavored soda water or decaf tea options, which seems to be standard.
Deparature was late, which is annoying but the arrival was fine and the baggage came early.

I had to change the gate so many times that I got confused.
My one complaint was that while we boarded using the standard enclosed gangway, when we arrived at SEATAC, the ground crew were slow to hook up the stairs. After reaching the tarmac we had to walk up a long ramp all outside in 35° weather. We just came from Bali and did not have warm weather clothes. This was in addition to having to collect our bags in Vancouver, take them through security again and then having to show our passports 4 more times all within the Air Canada section.
The speaker flight attendant talked over was way too loud. Hurt my ears -had to take out hearing aids.
So we didn't actually go. We were hoping to go for the Inauguration of the first female president. When That Guy got elected, we bailed. Unfortunately, we got basically none of our money back, despite having travel insurance. Would not fly with Air Canada again unless I had to.
Did not happen. After being late over and hour we had to embark and get rescheduled . I got my hotel voucher 1:36 am !!!! . The flight was cancelled past 10pm. I had to pay for my hotel and camp the next day till 23:30 for flight to london. Then change airport and pay myself for transportation to Gatwick airport. Never again I will use your services. Unfortunately I have to come back.
Economy middle seat was so narrow that I could not sit back comfortably with passengers on either side of me. Over the 9-hour flight, with my body slightly twisted most of that time, my previously-healthy left knee became very painful, even though I got up to walk multiple times. The knee is still painful 3 weeks later. Otherwise, it was a nice flight, but I was crippled over my entire vacation.
