Delayed for 3 hours- little to no communication about this and staff moves in slow motion
just a child who screamed and threw tantrums the entire flight
Checking in, boarding, the food and crew were all excellent. It was my first time traveling on Caribbean Airlines and trust me it’s the only airline I’ll be flying on as of now as long as it’s going my way😁. The service was unbelievably good I don’t regret missing my flight on flair at all cause I wouldn’t have realized how great the service is on Caribbean Airlines
The flight crew was extremely hospitable, though there was a lot of turbulence, they made it a good experience. The only negative was the inflight experience for economy class. There wasn’t any, or at least non that I was aware of.
I liked the extra leg room in Caribbean plus. Worth the extra money. The food could have been more balanced, there was no salad or veggies
There was no music on the flights unless you came with your headset.
It was good but the food was small for the duration of the flight.
I wrote to the entertainment and food OK because it was non-applicable All excellent
Pleasant experience checking in. Seating is way too tight, especially for persons who are not petite. I thought the pilot was excellent in terms of his commentary and information. Wrong gate information on boarding passes. If I was not alert I could have lined up to board the wrong plane.
Checking in was seamless Flight left on time Flight arrived 45 minutes ahead of time, Overall, it was a good experience
This may have been the hottest cabin temperatures I have experienced on any flight prior to take off lasting for approximately 30 minutes. I am not typically one to complain but I was genuinely worried about the health of several passengers on the flight due to the extreme temperatures including a small toddler.
I got bumped by Qantas to American Airlines incurring a 6 hr layover at lax. I was not happy
Air conditioning was out for about 15 minutes that made it uncomfortable. WiFi went out halfway into the flight. Flight was about 45 minutes late.
Delayed due to weather in Dallas (arriving flight arrived late), then boarded the plane only to deboard immediately afterwards, tire needed to be replaced. Flight supposed to depart at 6:15pm but departed at 9:35pm.
Meals were not so good. Snack between the meals was very bad. Like Japan Airlines, they could eliminate the snack and make the second meal much better.
Baggage allowances are terrible and the experience of only being allowed one bag and paying so much to take sporting equipment to a known ski area should be addressed.
The flight was on time and crew were nice, seats were tight and there was entertainment available
Good service, friendly staff. Food was average for airlines and the seats were small.
Worst flight ever. I was suppose to have a 3 1/2 hour layover in Chicago but got to the gate 4 minutes before boarding.
The flight was on time, but the food was poor for business class.
Original flight was canceled by Air Canada and next day they re scheduled and paid by hotel and taxi cost, but it just so tired for waiting and I have some school exam that I couldn't prepare it at all.
Packed very carefully and did a 4 day trip with a 'personal item' only. Much less trouble than a carry on. Only 'entertainment' i need is the flight map. Did not work.
Our family of four were seated separated entirely from one another. We were hopeful to at least be paired up with our children in groups of two. Remember that no food is provided. You will get two beverages and a single Made Good granola bite size bar. Air Canada Bistro menu is available for purchase. Blankets, pillows, and headphones are also available for purchase.
Liked that it wasnt a full flight but we were asked to check carry on luggage as we were told the flight was full so i did, and that was not true. There was tons of empty overhead bins. No entertainment, and only one drinks and snack service when my ladt flight on aircanada in February, Montréal to Victoria had 2 drink service offers in the 5 and a half hour flight. Why only one this time? It felt very "budget" and cheap
Flight attendants are great. Seat was fairly comfortable. WiFi is for a fee unless you happen to enter an Air Canada member number *when booking*. Cannot change this in flight. Vegetarian food was tasty but lacked protein of any kind.
Advertised as free carry on bag for international flights and then I had to pay both ways.
Delayed as usual with Air Canada. Checked the status of the fly online it said took off when the plain was still at the gate.
More space on a sold out fight and food trays were dirty
There were no premium headphones available for purchase on my flight and I had to settle for regular ones which were just okay but, not the best
When my plane landed in Toronto, deplaning was delayed due to terminal security issue. I had a somewhat tight connection flight to St. Vincent, and no one from Air Canada ground crew made any effort to notify my connection flight gate of the issue although I plead with several ground crew members to notify desk at departing gate.
