Very helpfull crew, on time dep.
The flight crew were very loving snd helpful
Pleasant experience checking in. Seating is way too tight, especially for persons who are not petite. I thought the pilot was excellent in terms of his commentary and information. Wrong gate information on boarding passes. If I was not alert I could have lined up to board the wrong plane.
The crew was excellent, check in was easy ,the food wasn't good, movies should be recent and more selections
Should have entertainment like tv in economy class too
The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.
Checking in was seamless Flight left on time Flight arrived 45 minutes ahead of time, Overall, it was a good experience
Blehh the airline just sucks sorry to say but the crew was nice.
The crew on bw462 and I believe the leading flight crew Is very rude and her face is not pleasant the way she speaks to pax is not what someone would want to have to deal with on a flight.
We booked Caribbean Plus and Business Class.. The problem was that in Toronto the staff we would collect our bags in POS, but we had to pick up our luggage in GEO, do immigration, and customers, and go from one terminal to the other with all our suitcases and 2 kids.. Not nice and not cool. Wont do that layover in GEO again
Ground agent in geo need to know that the customers are the ones who pay their salary she had really bad attitude this was the check in counter agent. Also why does a pax with a working permit for another country needs a return ticket ? That don’t make no sense I have been traveling my whole life on a one way until ticket and never had any problem. Caribbean airline need to do better with the ground staff and on board service, asked for a glass of water I’m still waiting for it !
Every thing was great
I liked the crew and Culture. However, my seat was too narrow and not too comfortable
No service was offer
The flight was on time .
When I booked my flight I choose a seat which was the window in the middle of the aircraft. My seating was change without notice and I was in the middle seat which cause me anxiety. Hated this whole flight experience
Can't think of anything
Everything
From the point of checking in I felt as if the agents and crew were like family and friends. The best customer service experience I ever had.
To be honest I did not like anything there because the flight was delay and poor customer service!
Check in was horrible. Slow and rude staff.
Flight was good, staff and crew was informative. Should have some sort and of entertainment during the flight given the price to fly.🙏
I liked the flight attendants and captain. Cool plane too.
Wearing masks should be enforced in the lounge. There were a few patrons who just weren't wearing them even though it's mandatory in public places in Trinidad and Tobago. Other than that, it was a great experience.
The Wifi was not working. No screens and it was a very ancient plane
Pros: Seats were large and comfortable Plenty over head space
Cons: Only one washroom was working so there was always a line
Pros: Flight left early Boarding / deplaning sequence Crew were friendly
Cons: No in service meals
It was a good flight overall. The flight was delayed but the crew apologized for that.
Pros: On time
Cons: Everything was ok considering covid
Pros: Crew was great. Space was good.
Cons: The seats are a bit old and worn, it was a uncomfortable after a little while.
