Pros:Comfortable, clean and the employee was very friendly
Pros:It was really easy to pick up and the car got awesome gas mileage and it was super easy to drive. The car was in amazing condition!
Cons:At drop off there was no one at the counter so we had to use the key drop which was fine I just didn't make me super comfortable.
Pros:clean, excellent mileage.
Cons:drop off at the Minot airport is in a unmarked rental lot. no attendant to check in vehicle. you then walk to the counter which is at the other end of the airport. the counter was unmanned and we had to call the attendant who was out moving vehicles. this was @ 11AM the male attendant shows up a few minutes later wearing a baseball cap (i'm not making this up) that says 'don't ask me sh*t' not exactly appropriate.
8.0 Very good
Pros:Good staff at both ends.
Cons:Vehicle could've been vacuumed better. Crud between door and seat. Also dont like their fuel policy where if you're at 5/8, then you bring it back like that. What if I fill it and the dont drive enough to get down to the same level. In that case I'm giving them free fuel
Pros:There were no aspects of this rental that I liked.
Cons:An explanation of usable payment options would have averted all of the experienced frustration.
Pros:Nothing. No cars available and stranded at airport for hours.
Cons:If there were actually any cars available would have been nice.
Pros:Friendly check in but didn't explain return & I didn't think to ask.
Cons:After returning car didn't know where to put keys so left them on the console. Received a call 5 days after I dropped car off wondering when I was planning on returning the car.
Pros:Fast efficient service on arrival and departure Car was clean and comfortable We had no problems with anything.
Pros:I hated it and we never got the car
Cons:Getting a car. Not driving 100 miles to rent a car then not have a car ready. Then we waited until 12 like they said no and then we were told there was no car!
Pros:Pick up / drop off was easy. Staff was nice. Issue: I booked an SUV and when I went to pick it up was told no SUV’s available and the only vehicle I could take was a RWD Frontier. Used it for a 12 hour drive through the mountains in terrible conditions. Made it safe, but certainly wasn’t the plan.
Cons:All season tires on a RWD truck in ND winter isn’t practical and is dangerous. Don’t advertise an SUV and not provide an SUV. Still cost $140 which I don’t think was fair.
Pros:The location in the airport. Minot, North Dakota
Cons:There was a mistake made during the payment process which I can understand sometimes that happens, however the mistake was so severe that it impacted my credit score. When I was able to check my chase credit card account the mistake was over 500.00 dollars. What had happened was they confused me with another person with the same last name so I assume that I paid for his or her rental as well. This will be a learning experience for me and hopefully Alamo.
Pros:Great mileage on the Kia. Had a compact and it was very comfortable and roomy. Liked the back up camera. Desk personnel were friendly. Whole in and out was fast and efficient. Easy to find rental desks at airport. Car was washed and clean, in and out, and didn't find anything, like little pieces of trash from previous occupants, in car.
Cons:Prompt friendly service. free upgrade when the car we rented wasn't available
8.8 Very good
Cons:The return lot is a joke Not clearly marked Minot builds a brand new multi million dollar airport and can't designate a private area for car rentals Cars are mixed in with public parking
