Consistant as always
Pros: Reserved a full size SUV. As always the vehicle was ready, in good condition and the sales person was easy to work with. I've always had great experiences with Enterprise and their employees. Only once have I had a slight issue, but the manager corrected it before I could say anything to the employee.

Great Customer Service!
Pros: Ian provided excellent customer service and was very professional! I love the fact that they will pick you up and/or drop you off...Great Benefit!!
Cons: They request too many documents for rentals...even when you have years of rental history with them.

Don't waste your time!
Cons: Wait times are way too long. Not enough communication between offices. No order in office as to who was waiting in line.

Pros: Customer service at the location was good Car was dirty though. Rented a van, one seat wouldn't retracy in to the floor. Good thing we checked fluids - power steering and antifreeze below minimum and radiator almost dry. Could have been a disaster. .

Van rental
Pros: The whole process was easy. Everyone was nice.
Cons: I rented a Ford van, but when I got there they only had a Chevy which was ugly and not what I wanted, but I hag no I had no option.

flexible branches made life easy
Pros: although each branch of enterprise in my area had a different price, i was able to bring the lowest price to the nearest branch and voila -- they honored it & i got best of both worlds

never again will i rent from this place
Cons: I was planning a big trip and had everything settle and in order. When I knew the amount that I needed for the car and had saved up and brought everything with me. when I went to get the car, they told me that there would be an additional 150 deposit (that I did not know about) they also said that if I used a debit card that I would need to go get utility bills to show that they are up to date. Neither of these were told to me before had and I needed to get the car right away. becasuse I did not have the money for the deposit, I tried to use a credit card under a friends name. They said that I could not use that either and if I wanted to they could add them to the policy for another $25 a day which was another $125 total. So the hidden fees of $275 made the price insane to rent the car and the person that was "helping" me was a complete dick about everything and threatened to give my car away if I couldn't figure it out in the next 30 minutes. None of this was ever told to me before the date and I will never recommend or use this service again.
