I showed up at the airport on Saturday and the staff went home. The hours at Provo are really bad. I had to go to the next door budget car company to rent a car. I specifically asked for a 7 seater car. We had 7 people and no car. Thank goodness budget was able to accommodate us. My experience with budget rent a car is awesome. Their hours are excellent and they have staff there consistently. Would not recommend hertz rent a car in Provo. They might not be there when you arrive.

We flew in on a Thursday and returned car Sunday morning. They checked it in same day I dropped off. The employees were very courteous and efficient. I loved the ease that it was to pick up and return the rental car. I couldn’t have been happier.
