Even better, when the main Avis office had failed to update my paperwork so that the 24-hour rental was approved, the local owner/staff waived the late fee and made it work. We're in a pandemic and the vehicle we rented was disgusting. I literally I have a photograph of handmarks streaked across the interior window. The interior of this van was better cleaned by me than by Budget. Upon drop-off I was charged $24 for .5297 gallon of gas - interesting that the paperwork I have in my hand indicates that the refueling cost is $9.99 per gallon, so I question their calculation.10.0 Wonderful
