Passenger Van
I didn't like anything at all. I made my reservation for a passenger van a couple months in advance, I even kept calling the local office to make sure my van was going to be ready. I even called in 3 days ahead of time, and every time the reps assured me that I didn't have anything to worry about, that my van was going to be there at pickup time. But guess what, I arrived at pickup time ready to get on the road, just to find out that "the manufacturer had issued a recall at the last minute and the clerk could not rent out the vehicle. I explianed that it was critical for me to get the van as I had very important commitments to attend to and needed the vehicle, but the clerk just kept saying "I'm sorry but I can't rent that vehicle". He offered me TWO cars instead, but I needed a van because I only had ONE driver, not two. I did have 2 cars of my own, but the problem was that I only had one driver, that was the whole reason I wanted to rent a van. I will NEVER EVER rent from Enterprise, that was my first and last time I deal with them. I just turned around, called Avis and they had the exact same model and size of a van, and didn't have any problems renting it out to me, and even at a much lower price than Enterprise. From now on I will STRONGLY recommend my family and friends to always rent from Avis and never from Enterprise.
