Tyere was no rental
Pros: I actually didn't rent a car. As I dint have a Chinese license I can't drive in china. In the rental there was a paragraph car will be provided with the chauffeur but when I called the Avis to confirm they said its nit the case. I suggest to update the rental wording by removing the incorect paragraph about chauffeur.

Cons: my flight landed 9.45 in shanghai it took me 45 minutes for pass check and going to departure gate 7 (long way) there was no sign and no car to help me find it . even information desk and and police couldnt help me to find. I didnt have a phone at the moment. one day later I called them. and canceled the rent. but they told me the price is due and is not possible to return even the rest of it. they got me the insurance by themselfe but told me that if you want you can call insurance company to cancel the insurance.
