Pros:Excellent customer service. Very courteous and friendly!
Pros:The price of the rental was great and it was great for our family and 2 dogs to travel in the comfort of a mini van for our trip and have a DVD player as well! Not to mention the miles we saved on our own cars!
Pros:The rep that helped me get car was super helpful in questions she asked if it wasn’t for her I would have ended up with not as comfortable of a rental for my large family.
Pros:Pick up NOT easy. Mall doors locked. Stood outside for 15 minutes until security let us in. Office open at 8 am. Mall opened at 10 am.
Cons:After getting on the road noticed paperwork was WRONG. Mileage off by almost 2000 miles and indicated tank was full. Tank was only 1/2 full. Unable to get new paperwork. Returned car with full tank. Requesting refund. Not able to have kind of communication with staff at drop off. I understand it’s busy but attendant was almost rude.
Pros:I like how everyone had to stay outside due to the COVID-19. It felt safer that being in an enclosed area.
Cons:The tent was too small. I was standing in the Florida sun for about 10 minutes. Oh, yeah, it was during summer time.
Pros:The staff that assisted me were very nice and friendly.
Cons:First SUV I was given was filthy with food wrappers from prior guest and Enterprise did not clean vehicle. Second SUV given was a nice upgrade but needed immediate maintenance service while in use and was advised to either go to Firestone or put oil in car. We will not be be using Enterprise again.
Cons:Never got the rental.
Pros:The price was a lot better compared to the FLL airport. Note that this office closes at 6pm. They were easy to work with and made it easy to change our dropoff location. It cost us an additional $50 to change. I would recommend them.
Pros:The first guy helping me was very adamate about NOT writing down prior marks that were on the car. My car had multiple cigarette burns and the Check Maintenance light was on. When I asked for a copy of this, the sales guy got very nasty. He was sighing and rolling his eyes. Kept saying it's in his computer and he wouldn't write it down. I then started to voice my concerns and the guy told me I had two choices! At that point I knew he was going to tell me to leave but luckily another guy stood up and took over and he was very nice and switched me out of that car and offered me multiple cars to choose from. But then he scared me half to death about getting into an accident and how my insurance wouldn't cover everything 100% due to their guidelines. The guy talked to me for about 10 min straight about getting " their" insurance. In the end I didn't but I have never been so worried in my life about driving a car. Needless to say, I will never rent from Enterpeise again. In fact my experience was so horrible and offensive, I plan on contacting the regional manager.
Pros:the price and ease of booking
Cons:the car smelled of cigarette smoke from previous renters; got charged more than originally quoted after return of the car
Cons:Reserved a midsize. Ended up taking a smaller car since all the mid size cars they were filthy. They do not have the facilities to properly clean the cars.
Pros:It was all nice
