Slow pickup - there was a problem with mobile network in Yulara - there was no internet connection or mobile signal on the airport this day so everything had to be filled manually by renter/supplier. I know I booked a "mystery vehicle", but getting a banged up van for a couple in their fifties was not exactly what I envisioned. I can understand a van part as it was a mystery car, but why was it banged up and not cleaned well after the previous use? Nobody was available at the desk mid-day when we were returning the vehicle.
