The ambience, facilitates, food, staff are picture perfect and pamper you during the stay. The painting and art collection in the corridors are well arranged and give you a glimpse of Chennai history alongside the hotel.
The bathroom walls need some renovation and a curtain in the bathtub for those don't want2 use shower...

I slept in until after the official breakfast time expired (10.30am), as I arrived in the middle of the night. They were not flexible to serve the most basic breakfast on a complimentary basis, albeit I had paid extra for breakfast.
