Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to shopping areas and attractions. Some reviewers also highlighted friendly and helpful staff. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the service, citing delays in check-in, poor housekeeping, and unresponsive staff. Cleanliness was another concern, with several reports of unclean rooms and bathrooms. Room sizes were found to be smaller than expected, and breakfast was considered basic by some guests. Overall, while the location and some staff were appreciated, significant improvements are needed in service and cleanliness.
