3.7 Mediocre
Pros: The restaurant staff (hostess and bartender) were great. I'm not sure if they're part of the hotel, but they're the only positive experience I had there.
Cons: Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I work in the hospitality industry so it takes a lot for me to say that.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall a decent hotel. It is older, but it has character. Staff was friendly, rooms were comfortable.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I loved the historic building and the location Was quaint and the full hot breakfast was excellent
Cons: the window units made the room drafty
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Historic charm and central location to NON-CHAIN restaurants.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and state capitol and museums. The breakfast is billed as a continental but it is a full breakfast buffet including, eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, cereals, juices, coffee and breads. The staff was very accommodating and gave excellent information when asked. Room and bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Being an older building, the pipes were a little noisy and the hot water took awhile to get hot.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Old-fashioned Charm. Staff was cheerfully accommodation with Christmas Day restaurant suggestions and helping with extra pillows and blankets.
Cons: Overuse of Indian head motif. Room was chilly-only a window unit to heat it on a cold Wyoming day. Fan had to blow all night - which made it chilly and noisy.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed the historic feel of the Plains. Our room and bathroom was very large and comfortable. The continental breakfast was fantastic!
Cons: The parking was difficult. There was a loading/unloading area when you first arrived but you had to park on the street or in a distant garage overnight.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast buffet was good. The staff was nice.
Cons: No microwave or refrigerator in the room, the land line did not work, our card keys didn't work when we returned to the motel at night, had go walk around the building to the front to get in. No Kleenex in the room.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Pet friendly
Cons: Did not have the room booked.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location maybe?
Cons: I have never been in a dirtier hotel... it was truly awful. I hate complaining and usually never do. But there was so much filth that we had to request switching rooms. The first room had a large wet stain on the bed, and what appeared to be pubic hair in the bathroom. We politely asked to have a clean room or new sheets and the front desk kid was so nice and got a new room for us. However the second room was worse. There was a large clump or curly black hair in the bathroom... it had clearly not been swept. The towels had stains on them. It was very gross, but having already asked to switch rooms I couldn’t bring myself to complain for a second time. I vowed to never stay at a la Quinta again after this...

7.0 Good
Pros: Cleanliness and comfortable bed
Cons: No elevator.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was in order. Helpful staff. Clean room.
Cons: Breakfast should have included options for people like myself who are gluten intolerant. Train whistles at nightare very loud.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious and comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Very friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location. Bed was comfy.
Cons: Our room reeked of cats. It was almost overwhelming and overshadowed everything else. It’d be great if they’d offer pet-free rooms! For some of us, pet smells are as bad as cigarette smoke.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff, amenities and price for all the room offered. I wish I would have chosen this hotel when I stopped over in Cheyenne before.
Cons: Can't complain during this time but it was a little annoying that the breakfast bags were only offered 6-8 am on a weekend. The usual hours are 6-10 so not sure why when bags are easier that the time was so limited. I was a stay-over.
6.0 Good
Cons: Had a weird smell when we entered the room. Staff was definitely not very thorough with cleaning as I found used bobby-pins and trash stuffed behind furniture.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleaness, LOOKS GREAT, FRIENDLY PEOPLE
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful and friendly staff, large clean room, clean bathroom, within a mile of freeways and couple of miles of downtown/restaurants, reliable WiFi, fast internet, decent breakfast.
Cons: a bit more expensive than expected, but still reasonable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's just a well taken care of place
Cons: The guy at the front desk was with out a smile. Ki da seemed mean.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Check-in clerk was very pleasant and helpful; room was clean and had everything we needed for a good night's sleep and hot shower.
Cons: Only wish the hot tub stayed open later.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location and rate for one night are good. Morning checkout staff were friendly and apologetic.
Cons: There were 3 of us guests waiting and calling the hotel phone, for around 10mn to see someone come back to the empty front desk, for our evening checkin. The white king bed duvet was wrinkled with some pet hairs & black lint on it, which we took off and used our own blanket we thankfully had packed. Maybe the coronavirus was a strain on staff having more facilities cleaning on their plate, but the condition of our bed was sketchy, and at check in we were already told we had the last room and couldn’t move from 1st floor. We had no do not disturb sign in our room and asked staff at the desk for housekeeping to not disturb until 9:30am; they came and knocked at 9am. The tub has rust stains, as did a room we stayed in on a previous trip, so it’s time for some renovation.
6.0 Good
Pros: the location was great and the room was clean
Cons: The evening clerk was very rude when called to see how to get the tv to work. He hung up on us twice.

7.0 Good
Pros: It was a beautiful location.
Cons: The bathrooms need to be updated. The white tiles on the floor look dirty and the grout in tub had some mold. Laundry soap should be available to buy after gift shop closes without walking to gas station.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Food
Cons: It claims to be pet friendly but you have to choose if you want to have your pet or if you'd like to have your family. A pet room only has option of a king bed so kids sleep on the floor where I'm sure a number of animals have had accidents.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ease in checking in and out. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable!
Cons: Nothing
6.0 Good
Cons: Same lot as a Truck Stop. You could not tell where the checkin was located at night-NO elevators & if you don’t get a ground floor you are screwed. There are not enough parking spaces & we had to walk too far to unload. AC very loud & not adjus

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Just a clean cheap motel.
Cons: Shady people around but what can you do?
4.0 Okay
Pros: It was a place to lay my head
Cons: The room was small and no microwave or fridge
1.0 Poor
Cons: Do to covid I took some Lysol spray with me and spray down the bathroom. I use their towel and I don't think it'll be usable again cuz it was filthy. And this was before I move my stuff in.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Cheap. Clerk brought me more pillows.
Cons: More amenities--but then would cost more. So OK for price.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was good, right off the highway.
Cons: Due to Coronavirus, no fridge/microwave rooms were allowed to be rented. I can understand that, but we were charged full price.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Hotel was decent for a nights stay. A little run down but room seemed clean.
Cons: Obviously the hotel raises they’re rates incredibly for special events and the room is nowhere worth the price they charge.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Decent location right off the interstate, a short drive from downtown Cheyenne. Rooms were clean and well-lit, facilities good. Free coffee in the morning, it's actually pretty good when it's fresh. Pretty standard Motel 6.
Cons: If I'm being nitpicky, it's not exactly within walking distance from downtown and the roads are not the friendliest to people traveling on foot. But then again, if you're traveling Wyoming it's likely that you have a car.
6.0 Good
Cons: I was supposed to receive a veterans discount but didn't.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was helpful, and courteous. An obvious valid attempt at a remodel on an old motel was evident...and we were able to get a room that did not break the bank...all the lodging during Cheyenne Frontier Days was severly overpriced!!!
Cons: Despite all attempts this room was a ripoff at $--- per night. If the Hampton had not be over $--- per night we would not have been at Motel 6. Severly understaffed, old and in disrepair despite an obvious valid attempt at room remodeling.
5.0 Okay
Cons: The bathroom had hair on the floor when I checked in. I didn't think the housekeeper cleaned very well for guests checking in.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Not a dame thing I was stuck in the hospital fighting for my life and when my spouse called to cancel my reservation they said that I still had to pay for a room. I will never stay at your motel again. And know I will tell everyone I know how this event went down. And I will be talking to motel headquarters about this situation with my attorney
Cons: Let me have canceled
5.7 Okay
Pros: I liked that the staff was ready to make accommodations for me as soon as everything went wrong.
Cons: The room assigned to me was not ready the bed was undone and the room was in a mess like someone had started the job and just left it there unfinished. I was soon accommodated on a different room which was advertised as non-smoker but it smelled of cigarette. The bed felt itchy and I was supposed to have a nice comfortable stay but it didn't feel like it.

Pros: Location right off the freeway was nice.

Cons: The room was far from cleaned properly. I’d advise management to have a serious talk with house keeping. Trash in drawers and bed skirting with reproduction marks and vommit are unacceptable.

Behind every great day is a great night at the Comfort Inn and Suites hotel in Cheyenne, WY. Our pet-friendly hotel is near sites and activities like the historic district, Wyoming Transportation Museum, Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum and the Cheyenne Regional Airport. Take advantage of our free hot breakfast, free WiFi, indoor heated pool, fitness center and guest laundry facilities. Rooms include microwaves, refrigerators, TVs, coffee makers, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards. Also, earn rewards including free nights and gift cards with our Choice Privileges Rewards program. Pet accommodation: 15.00 USD per night. Pet limit: two pets per room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was just above your basic fare for continental breakfast. Some warm items (sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffle iron), some cold items (cereals, donuts, yogurts, etc.). They did have Chocolate waffles, which was a fun variation, and they were well stocked in condiments, etc. The food was good, the area was clean, and the staff was very friendly. As for the room, it was very clean, well made up, spacious enough, and the south side of the building was nice and quiet. Another BIG pro for me: The AC/Furnace unit was controlled on the wall and I didn't have to deal with the fan kicking off and on through the night. Initially they'd put my in a north-facing room, which faces a somewhat busy street. The traffic noise isn't horrible, but it's there. Gratefully they swapped me to a different room and were very kind about it.
Cons: The TV system is nice -- it has a good selection of channels. However, there's no GUIDE or INFO options to actually see what's playing on each channel--so you're stuck surfing through all the channels hoping to stumble upon something you like. In today's advanced TV tech/entertainment world, there's no need for a system that functions the same as it did back in the late 80s! Also, the signal runs through RG6 (coaxial) cable, not HDMI. So the stations were quite pixelated much of the time. This is my being a bit picky, but I can't imagine it would have required much effort to make this a better system.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfy, friendly service, convenient to I80, good breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Luke at the front desk was so friendly and welcomed me. He assured me that everything was sanitized due to the coronavirus. He also made sure that i knew that a free breakfast would be brought to my room so that i wouldn't have be in contact with the other guest. I would certainly certainly be back again and suggest this hotel to family and friends.
Cons: Nothing. The only thing was someone forgot to leave towels in the bathroom after cleaning. Human error which we all do daily.

7.0 Good
Pros: The room was clean and the breakfast was great.
Cons: The hot tub did not feel like a hot tub. I had to check to see if it was on. Just really poor jet power. It was one of the reasons we picked this place was it had a hot tub. Only used it once very disappointed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This location was conveniently located along the interstate. Also, I’ve never seen a cleaner hotel. Amongst this coronavirus epidemic, the staff here was going above and beyond sanitizing EVERYTHING, even the walls. The bed was so comfortable, the staff was beyond friendly, and this has been my greatest hotel experience ever. If you’re looking for a place to rest your head for the night, stay here.

Pros: I liked that my kids had enjoyed their stay. The staff were very accommodating.
Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendliness, comfort and cleanliness gets an A+. Due to COVID-19 services were limited but that did not detract. They could not serve breakfast but did offer a "Grab-N-Go" option, which I thought was great. The traffic noise was loud for sleeping so if that will bother you don't stay here. However, we chose this place because it was right off the exit and easy access for our travel across the country so not a negative for us. We didn't have pets, but if you do there was plenty of room to walk them away from other guests and they even have pet stations so dog owners can clean up after their pets. A big plus from this non dog owner.
