Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests faced major issues with reservations not being honored, as the hotel often did not have their bookings in the system or was no longer operating under the advertised brand, leading to frustration and accusations of scams. However, some guests appreciated the hotel's proximity to the bus terminal, which was convenient for travel. Cleanliness was mentioned with mixed opinions, with a few guests finding rooms clean while others noted issues such as dirty linens or mosquitoes. Overall, the location is a strong point, but service and reliability are significant concerns.
