Pros (+) We had travelled all over thailand and this hotel was by far my favourite. The hotel itself was beautiful, so different to any hotel I've been in before and that in itself was so refreshing the staff in the hotel were always so helpful and friendly. Even the hose keepers always had a nice word to say if our paths crossed. Can't tell you how much I loved this hotel and how it made chiang mai my fav...
Cons (-) Only complaint was that mattresses could have been softer. But that's it.
