Quiet area. Clean. Staff seems friendly.
A bit far from Old Town/city centre. Sometimes taxis not willing to go there. Definitely need car/scooter or taxi service to/from. Water pressure a bit weak & often not warm/hot enough. Balcony sliding door didn’t lock!
The Napatra is a good hotel. We have stayed there for years. I like being out of the town center, but it can be inconvenient and expensive unless you have transportation to get into town every day. Grab is not a cheap option at this time of the year. The hotel is clean, there is a front desk to help with anything you might need. There are some restaurants nearby, but they are open at night. There is a 7-11 in front of the hotel which is very convenient. The staff is polite and accommodating - they were very helpful while I was there. I feel safe here which is important. Will stay again.
I love to stay here - BUT - I pray that this hotel converts to a non-smoking building. It is not possible with the hotel's construction schematic to shield non-smokers from the constant plumes of smoke that permeate from both the smokers' balconies and from the downstairs smoking area simultaneously into some, if not many of the rooms. I would wake up at 5:00am to the smell of cigarette smoke because I was trying save electricity by turning off the air-conditioning at night and leaving the doors to the outside open. I would come back to the hotel and smell cigarette smoke so strongly that I was afraid staff would think the smell was coming directly my room - there is huge fine for smoking in the rooms?? You can't let people, smoke from a balcony room and have the room itself remain smokeless??? Second-hand smokes causes cancer. I would suggest banning it all together, or if you must, set up an area at least 200 - 300 meters from the hotel to protect your other guests from the invasive toxic chemicals that are harmful to everyone.
Nice having a room and bathroom of my own. Nice with snacs and fresh water in the refrigerator every day, cleaned room, balcony. Nice
Neighbours disturbing in the corridor at night/late evenings. They were letting their small children scream and run in the corridor between 22-24.00
