It was cheap and the room was decent.
The staff speaks NO english at all. The did not have a hairdryer in the entire hotel. We had to Just spend the night close to the Airport, so we didnt mind, but I would not recommend It for anything else.

Location, location, location.
WiFi In my room (418) and on the 4th floor in general it was non functional.....login OK but no use. On the ground and 1st floor it was OK. Complained at reception but............ Water pressure is too low...poor shower.

We booked 5 rooms for 4 nights on 4-th floor. I felt the cleanliness in general was ok. However, towels were old and I think it’s time to change. Shower water was too light. The shower head was blocked by sludge. I got 2 fresh drinking glasses only on the first day and I think no toilet may change at all during my stay. I think the service is poor compared to my stays in the past. I hope the hotel will improve and maintain good services as personally I like The Room Mahidol.
